Refund Policy

If you would like to return or exchange your green good, then we will be happy to look into this within 14 days of original purchase, so don't leave it too long to get in touch. 


  • At Verse we offer full refunds only if the item is visibly faulty. If the item is at fault then send an email to to receive our refund form, there you will have to fill in some details and we will either have the item fixed for you or replaced from the designer. 
  • You will need a full proof of purchase, the email invoice that is sent when the item is purchased. 
  • Returns are not valid on sale goods, clean beauty, or product that has been visibly used. 


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Some of our labels ship directly to you (called drop shipping). In case you want to return one of their items, it needs to be send back directly to them as well. Before you return an item to our partners, please also get in touch with us at Once our partner receives the returned good(s), they will notify us and we will proceed the refund.

Currently the following labels are drop-shipping with us - returns need to be send directly to them:

Refunds (online orders)
If you have received your goods and it was not to your expectation or does not fit, we will process a refund once receiving it back in store, and checking its in re sellable condition. The cost of return is on the client. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then email you to figure out the most ethical way to deal with the fault. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in around 7 days. If we need additional information we will contact you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and bring your item to: Gerard Doustraat 84, 1072 VW, Amsterdam



Shipping your return item(s)

If the product is not part of our drop ship programme (see above), the return address is: Verse, Gerard Doustraat 84, 1072VW, Amsterdam.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75 euro, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
