JUNIOR STORE STYLIST ( part time ) 

Our flagship store is based in De Pijp in Amsterdam, filled with an edit of our favorite brands. We have a unique cute mix of local and international customers and sit next to cute stores like Anna & Nina as well as Baskets. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail orientated candidate to fill this role.

We exude confidence at VERSE, able to chat with any type of character and put them at ease in our style playground. We work on engaging with customers and delivering an unforgettable experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

IN STORE 

  • Ensure an exceptional client experience for each and any customer at our store. 
  • Delivery outstanding styling sessions, inspiring customers in the changing room and working on upselling full looks. 
  • Establish loyalty and repeat customers & community building.
  • Help us to drive footfall to the store through creating content for our socials. 
  • Maintain the store standards & merchandising to the highest level.
  • Restocking sold items and keeping on top of this throughout your day.
  • Hit our sales targets and develop strategy to improve over time. 
  • Online orders packing + shipping.

YOU ARE 

  • Committed to clear, consistent and organized lines of communication. 
  • Able to work with targets, strategy and have a sales orientated mentality.
  • Available 1 or 2 week days and 1 alternating weekend day.
  • Dutch & English speaking.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
  • High energy & love to work with people. 
  • Obsessed with the latest fashion / design/ cultural trends. 
  • Love to make content like an influencer.
  • Able to work alone, host the store and self motivate.

LEAD STORE STYLIST ( 4/5 days )

You have retail experience and in a role where you had responsibility, an attention to detail and thrive in fast pace. You are 10 steps ahead of the curve when it comes to being prepared. You love communicating and working with a young team. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

IN STORE 

  • Help to manage the rosters and targets per store stylist.
  • Create trainings on KPI's like UPT, conversion and product / styling.
  • Be responsible for Shopify, all products, deliveries and managing all stock. 
  • Oversee store standards and VM.
  • Involved in buying with management.
  • Reporting on KPI's to management daily, weekly, monthly.
  • Being a sales leader in the store as well as a mentor for junior store stylists.

YOU ARE 

  • Committed to clear, consistent and organized lines of communication.

  • Dutch & English speaking.
  • Already experienced in a retail or sales facing role.
  • High energy & able to keep a consistent flow during the day.

  • Obsessed with details.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are looking for a driven, sales tiger with wholesale management experience to join our new agency in a position taking care of brands like LAAGAM, Maison Miaré & MOSJ

YOU ARE

  • Proactive and organized individual.
  • Connected with a black book of contacts with the premium, contemporary A & B store segments in the Netherlands.
  • Experienced in wholesale or sales within a brand.
  • Fluent in Dutch & English.
  • Connected internationally to key accounts is a plus.
  • Able to work with MS OFFICE, Canva and other productivity and presentation tools.
  • Working with email marketing tools like Klaviyo is a bonus.
  • Working with AI tools to automate where possible.
  • Able to work autonomous.

YOUR ROLE 

  • Manage and nurture our buyer relationships with existing accounts.
  • Achieve our sales targets in line with our calendar and master targets.
  • Prospect digitally & physically new accounts that match our brands and distribution strategy.
  • Manage our sales database and enrich it constantly. 
  • Manage sample sets, showroom, refreshments and appointment scheduling.
  • Manage the full execution of pop up showrooms in Antwerp and other cities.
  • Train retailers who buy our brands.
  • Create cohesive feedback on product / market fit to relay back to our brands.

JR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for a future proof savvy marketeer to head up our B2B and D2C environments when it comes to all things marketing. You will fully own this role which is at the core fundament of our digitally led business. You will work across our retail, e-commerce and agency. 

YOU ARE

  • Technically savvy.
  • Familiar and used to working with AI, automations and growth hacking.
  • Obsessed with the newest trends in marketing.
  • Experience within a brand or an agency is a must.
  • Fluent in Dutch & English.
  • Talented in briefing graphic and content.
  • An advertising led thinker - Meta / Google / Tiktok / agentic.
  • Experience with Klaviyo ; flows, optimizations and more.

YOUR ROLE 

  • Manage roadmap to achieving our ambitious sales goals.
  • Create and optimize ad's across channels.
  • Running and executing projects and automating where possible.
  • Reporting on a high level against KPI's.
  • Coordinating resources to achieve our goals.
