Junior store stylist
Our store in De Pijp is our style playground: an edit of our favourite brands, a mix of locals and visitors from everywhere, and great neighbours like Anna + Nina and Baskets. We're looking for someone confident, warm and detail-obsessed who can chat with anyone and make them feel right at home.
What you'll do
- Give every customer an experience they'll tell their friends about.
- Run styling sessions in the fitting room and build full looks.
- Turn first-time visitors into regulars and grow our community.
- Create content for our socials that brings people into the store.
- Keep the store looking its best and restock throughout the day.
- Hit our sales targets, then help us find ways to beat them.
- Pack and ship online orders.
You are
- Clear, consistent and organised in how you communicate.
- Sales-minded and motivated by targets.
- Available 1 or 2 weekdays, plus one weekend day every other week.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- High-energy and happiest around people.
- Obsessed with fashion, design and culture.
- A natural at making content.
- Confident running the store on your own.
- Retail experience is a plus, not a must.

Lead store stylist
You've worked in retail with real responsibility, you thrive at pace and you're always ten steps ahead. You'll lead a young team on the shop floor and help run the store behind the scenes.
What you'll do
- Plan rosters and set targets for the stylist team.
- Train the team on KPIs like UPT and conversion, plus product and styling.
- Own Shopify, products, deliveries and stock.
- Look after store standards and visual merchandising.
- Join management on buying.
- Report on KPIs daily, weekly and monthly.
- Lead sales on the floor and mentor our junior stylists.
You are
- Clear, consistent and organised in how you communicate.
- Sales-minded and comfortable with targets and strategy.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Experienced in retail or another sales-facing role.
- High-energy, with the stamina to keep the day flowing.
- Obsessed with fashion, design and culture.
- Self-driven and able to inspire a team.
- Quick across Google Docs, Shopify and other tools.
- Detail-obsessed.

Junior wholesale sales manager
We're looking for a driven sales tiger with wholesale experience to grow brands like MOSJ, Maison Miaré and Hosbjerg across the Netherlands and beyond.
What you'll do
- Look after and grow relationships with our existing buyers.
- Hit sales targets in line with our calendar.
- Find new accounts, online and in person, that fit our brands and distribution strategy.
- Keep our sales database up to date and growing.
- Run sample sets, the showroom and appointment scheduling.
- Plan and run pop-up showrooms in Antwerp and other cities.
- Train the retailers who stock our brands.
- Share what the market says about product fit with our brands.
You are
- Proactive and organised.
- Well connected with premium and contemporary A and B stores in the Netherlands.
- Experienced in wholesale or brand-side sales.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Comfortable in MS Office, Canva and presentation tools.
- Into AI tools and automating wherever you can.
- Self-driven.
- International key-account contacts and Klaviyo experience are a bonus.

A future-proof marketeer who wants real ownership. You'll lead marketing across our B2B and D2C channels, working across the store, the webshop and the agency. This role sits at the heart of our digitally led business.
What you'll do
- Build and run the roadmap to our sales goals.
- Create, run and optimise ads across all channels.
- Run projects and automate wherever possible.
- Build lead-generation pipelines for B2B.
- Improve conversion, SEO and SEA.
- Report on KPIs and coordinate resources to hit our goals.
You are
- Tech-savvy and fluent in AI, automation and growth hacking.
- Obsessed with what's next in marketing.
- Experienced at a brand or agency (a must).
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Great at briefing design and content.
- An ads-led thinker across Meta, Google, TikTok and agentic channels.
- Experienced with Klaviyo flows and optimisation.
