All Round Sales Manager

Full time / Dutch speaking required

Verse operates as an omni channel retail and wholesale advisory company. We not only sell our labels direct to our customers from our store / showroom in De Pijp, Amsterdam but we also sell our labels to other stores across the Netherlands and Benelux markets. We are looking for a sales driven individual who wants to be a part of creating this new sales experience.

• D2C sales : working in our store / showroom certain days per week ensuring a high level of customer service and experience to our clients. 
• B2B sales : hosting sales appointments for our labels during the season and also during key peak sales moments (Jan/Feb/ July/ August) 
• Prospecting : visiting stores and creating lasting relationships with like minded retailers.
• Store training : training stores on behalf of our agency brands. 
• Pop Up Stores : finding pop ups and developing our "Verse road show" where we will open to the public and invite buyers to experience our new brands.
• Sample sale : organising and managing the sample sales

Store Stylists 3 days a week including 1 weekend day

Functions : 

• Customer Service : welcome, serve and create story telling opportunities with our customers. 

• Styling : assist customers to find the perfect look from head to toe. 

• Merchandising : make sure the store is merchandised to our standards at all times.

• Sales : conversion and upsell

• Assist : on shoots or any other ad hoc tasks the founder Ciara will brief you on

 

You are : 

• Organised & Professional : able to work with Shopify is a bonus.
• Pro Active and Proud of your work.
• Natural communicator : you love to chat and demand a room. 
• English & Dutch Speaking : preferably bi lingual ! 
• Target Orientated : you are not afraid of a challenge and can think of strategies to get our targets.
• Creative : you have a hidden talent for video, photo or something else awesome that can help us with opportunities to tell stories about our brand in current and slick ways.

 

What We Offer : 

• Flexible hours. Shifts of 6-7hours per day starting at 10,30 and ending at 6
• Fixed salary of 12-15 euro per hour plus bonus upon achieving targets.

You are :

• A student with a minimum of 4 days a week to spend with us at our store/showroom in Amsterdam 
• Passion or study in branding, fashion, styling 
• Professional and Organised 
• Good confident communicator and love to have fun chats and keep positive vibes
• Able to work with Canva, Shopify and any other graphic design skills a plus
• Good knowledge of excel  
• A good multi - tasker 

Your day :

• Opening and getting our store/ showroom ready for the day 
• Working on product descriptions and content for our website 
• Creating branded stories and styling for our social media stories 
• Writing creative blog posts 
• Managing stock and packages
• Packing & organising online orders 
• Getting styling looks ready to shoot
• Keeping showroom tidy & merchandised 
• Being an ambassador for our brands
