REFUND POLICY
Verse does its best to ensure that customers are happy with their purchase. As a small shop, the stylists spend a lot of time with clients in a conscious way. We try to be as available as possible to help make your purchase smooth and you can always contact us via Whatsapp, our chat box or call our store.
RETURNS FROM PURCHASES MADE IN STORE :
- Items purchased at the store and returned due to a customer not wanting the item anymore can be returned only within 14 days of purchase upon showing proof of purchase via our digital receipt and showing that the product is unworn and in resale state. We do not do cash refunds.
- The customer will only be offered the possibility to exchange the item or to receive a digital gift card with unlimited usage against the price of the item.
- Exchanges are not valid on jewellery or beauty and wellness goods.
- All sales that are discounted, are final and cannot be exchanged or returned anymore.
RETURNS FROM ONLINE WEB SHOP ORDERS :
- If you have received your order and it's not what you expected, or fits correctly you have 14 days in which to return the item to our store address. The cost of the return sending is on you as a customer.
- The item must be unworn with the tags on.
- You can always return the item in our physical location, address is the same as our postal return location.
- The return amount will be automatically done via our website payment provider to the bank account that you paid with, you will receive digital notification.
