STORE SALES STYLIST ( 14 - 21 hours per week)

Our store is based in De Pijp in Amsterdam, filled with an edit of our favourite brands. We have a unique cute mix of local and international customers and sit next to cute stores like Anna & Nina as well as Baskets. We are looking for a true VERSE ambassador - someone who shares our values of Entrepreneurialism ( love to be your own boss ) Authenticity ( love to share your unique style and vibe ) Optimism ( endlessly cheerful and able to keep energy high ) and Accountable ( no excuses you take responsibility).

We exude confidence at VERSE, able to chat with any type of character and put them at ease in our style playground. We are able to work on an omni channel business which includes involving E-commerce & client outreach as well as content creation in the store to the job role. We want to use our digital tools like Shopify to enhance our work day, sales & community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

IN STORE

Ensure an exceptional client experience for each and any customer at our store.
Delivery outstanding styling sessions, inspiring customers in the changing room and working on upselling full looks.
Establish loyalty and repeat customers.
Help us to drive footfall to the store through our different methods.
Maintain the store standards & merchandising to a high level.
Restocking sold items and keeping on top of this throughout your day.
Managing the stock so that there is no discrepancy in the store.
Achieving and over achieving targets & standards.
Handling online orders as they come in.

YOU ARE

ALL ROUND MANAGER ( full time/ 4 days per week)

Verse is a concept that has a retail / e-commerce space as well as a B2B agency. Our founder is looking for an ambitious and hands on individual who can help assist to run the business across certain pillars and maintain a high level of product and service in our physical location. The "Co-Pilot" will be responsible for executing all retail and e-commerce strategies and standards as well as assisting in buying, analysis & HR admin. You are the link between professional processes and people ensuring the best role model for all employees under you.

YOU ARE

An independent person who can also thrive and stay high energy in a day working autonomously or alone.
A high level organiser who can use tech app's like CANVA, Slack, Notion, MsOffice, Shopify.
A detail orientated individual.
A quick learner with an attention to detail.
Able to multi task.
A natural people person who can communicate and influence other staff members to over achieve our targets and create and foster community.
Coming from a position where you have organisational experience in some related industry and proven result driven track record.

YOUR ROLE

Managing the hiring, onboarding and training process of all new store hosts at our physical location.
Manage all standards, stock and merchandising at the physical space in De Pijp with guidance from Ciara.
Manage rosters / targets / follow up with all staff members.
Deliver bi - weekly analysis and proposed re-orders to maximise our sell through per core brands.
Manage e-commerce orders and deliveries.
Manage all the upload and maintenance of products and collections on Shopify.

We have launched a successful B2B agency in 2023 representing an incredible batch of brands like LAAGAM, SUSMIE'S and more. We are looking for a future sales manager in the making to come on our team and support wholesale activities selling our brands to iconic stores across the Benelux.

YOU ARE

Proactive and organised individual
Connected and aware of the retail landscape in the Benelux
Able to work with MS OFFICE, Canva and other productivity and presentation tools
Working with Klaviyo email marketing is a bonus
Preferably experienced in wholesale management within a brand or an agency in our segment.

YOUR ROLE

Manage our buyer relationships with existing accounts
Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis
Prospect digitally & physically new accounts that match our brands and distribution strategy
Manage sample sets, showroom, refreshments and appointment scheduling
Manage pop up showrooms in Antwerp and other cities
Follow up on placed orders
Create cohesive feedback on product / market fit to relay back to our brands

Verse launched a wholesale agency in 2023 and as part of our B2B services we offer our brands a menu of PR/ influencer and showroom services. We are looking for a student who is studying communication, fashion or interested in being a front facing role at our physical space.

YOU ARE

A communications specialist and can communicate at a high level with different people from influencers to managers.
You have an eye for trends and people.
Attention to detail and love for aesthetics.
Hands on attitude.
You are studying in communications or fashion or want to be involved in this career path.
Available 4/5 days per week.
Able to work on tasks given sometimes on your own.

YOUR ROLE

Responsible for the maintenance of our PR contacts file, keeping it up to date, organised and accurate.
Researching trends and people for our agency.
Create event briefings and production charts for activations.
Handle any stylist lending from our collections.
PR/Influencer walk throughs at our showroom.
Influencer seeding.
