- 1–2 days Delivery time in the Netherlands and Belgium.

- Free pickup Same day, at our store in De Pijp.
Shipping
We ship from Amsterdam to most of the world. Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Ordering from outside the EU? Your country's customs may charge import duties and taxes when your parcel arrives. These are set by customs, not by us, so we can't predict them and they're paid by you. Check your local import rules before you order.
Online returns
Not what you expected, or the fit's not right? No stress.
- You have 14 daysSend it back within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Keep it freshItems need to be unworn, with the tags still on.
- Post it or drop it offSend it to our store address below, or bring it to the store in person. Return postage is on you, so we recommend a tracked service.
- Get your money backOnce it arrives and we've checked it, we refund you to the payment method you used. This can take up to 7 days, and you'll get an email when it's done.

Bought in store?
Slightly different rules for things you bought at our store in De Pijp.
- Bring it back within 14 days with your digital receipt, unworn and ready to sell again.
- You can swap it for something else or get a digital gift card for the full amount.
- We don't give cash refunds for in-store purchases.
- Jewellery, beauty and wellness products can't be exchanged.
- Sale items are final sale.
