VERSE AMSTERDAM RETAIL STORE VACANCIES
PART TIME STORE SALES STYLIST 2-3 shifts per week
Our store is based in De Pijp in Amsterdam, filled with an edit of our favorite brands. We have a unique cute mix of local and international customers and sit next to cute stores like Anna & Nina as well as Baskets. We are looking for a true VERSE ambassador - someone who shares our values of Entrepreneurialism ( love to be your own boss ) Authenticity ( love to share your unique style and vibe ) Optimism ( endlessly cheerful and able to keep energy high ) and Accountable ( no excuses you take responsibility).
We exude confidence at VERSE, able to chat with any type of character and put them at ease in our style playground. We are able to work on an omni channel business which includes involving E-commerce & client outreach as well as content creation in the store to the job role. We want to use our digital tools like Shopify to enhance our work day, sales & community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
IN STORE
- Ensure an exceptional client experience for each and any customer at our store.
- Delivery outstanding styling sessions, inspiring customers in the changing room and working on upselling full looks.
- Establish loyalty and repeat customers & community building.
- Help us to drive footfall to the store through different channels.
- Maintain the store standards & merchandising to the highest level ( this requires a little dose of OCD ;-))
- Restocking sold items and keeping on top of this throughout your day.
- Managing the stock so that there is no discrepancy in the store.
- Achieving and over achieving sales targets & standards.
- Handling online orders as they come in.
YOU ARE
- Committed to clear, consistent and organized lines of communication.
- Able to work with targets, strategy and have a sales orientated mentality.
- Available 1 or 2 week days and 1 alternating weekend day.
- Dutch & English speaking
- High energy & able to keep a consistent flow during the day.
- Obsessed with the latest fashion / design/ cultural trends.
- Love to make content like an influencer.
- Able to work alone, host the store and self motivate.

VERSE BRAND AGENCY VACANCIES
ALL ROUND WHOLESALE ASSISTANT ( 4/ 5 days per week)
We are looking for a driven, sales tiger with wholesale management experience to join our new agency in a position taking care of brands like LAAGAM, Maison Miaré & MOSJ
YOU ARE
- Proactive and organized individual.
- Connected with a black book of contacts with the premium A & B store segments in the Netherlands.
- Experienced in wholesale or sales in a brand or agency.
- Fluent in Dutch & English.
- Connected internationally to key accounts is a plus.
- Able to work with MS OFFICE, Canva and other productivity and presentation tools.
- Working with email marketing tools like Klaviyo is a bonus.
- A flexible and digitally savvy individual that is able to think outside the box to get things done.
YOUR ROLE
- Manage and nurture our buyer relationships with existing accounts
- Achieve our sales targets in line with our calendar and master targets
- Prospect digitally & physically new accounts that match our brands and distribution strategy
- Manage and enrich the sales data and information per season using excel ( this is your baby)
- Manage sample sets, showroom, refreshments and appointment scheduling
- Manage the full execution of pop up showrooms in Antwerp and other cities
- Train retailers who buy our brands
- Create cohesive feedback on product / market fit to relay back to our brands

VERSE INTERNSHIPS
COMMUNITY / SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN (6 month minimum)
We are looking for an all round creative and social butterfly to work on our socials and our community building at Verse. We accept free lance talent or payroll for this role.
YOU ARE
- Proactive and organized individual.
- Confident communicator and not afraid of being in front of the camera or hosting ambassadors/ influencers and opinion leaders.
- Able to work efficiently with tools like Canva, Later, Notion etc.
- Proficient with video editing.
YOUR ROLE
- Manage our social media channels ( Meta, Tiktok )
- Manage our ambassador outreach programme
- Create and concept new ideas for content across channels
- Design and optimize our email marketing
- Find new opportunities for collaborations, events etc
- Manage all events production

PR // INFLUENCER INTERN (6 month minimum)
Verse launched a wholesale agency in 2023 and as part of our B2B services we offer our brands a menu of PR/ influencer and showroom services. We are looking for a student who is studying communication, fashion or interested in being a front facing role at our physical space.
YOU ARE
- A communications specialist and can communicate at a high level with different people from influencers to managers.
- You have an eye for trends and people.
- Attention to detail and love for aesthetics.
- Hands on attitude.
- You are studying in communications or fashion or want to be involved in this career path.
- Available 4/5 days per week.
- Able to work on tasks given sometimes on your own.
YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for the maintenance of our PR contacts file, keeping it up to date, organised and accurate.
- Researching trends and people for our agency.
- Create event briefings and production charts for activations.
- Handle any stylist lending from our collections.
- PR/Influencer walk throughs at our showroom.
- Influencer seeding.
This is a paid internship with market conform salary and ability to really own your own part of the process within our young company. Our internship salary is 300 euro per month.

- Available 5 days per week.
- Able to work sometimes alone.
YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for the maintenance of our wholesale contacts file, prospecting and handling sales appointments at our showroom.
- Researching new opportunities.
- Visiting stores and retailers for prospecting.
- Helping with store trainings.
- Keeping the showroom organized at all times.
This is a paid internship with market conform salary and ability to really own your own part of the process within our young company. Our internship salary is 300 euro per month.
